At Youth Performance Lab, our mission is to empower young athletes with a robust foundation of health principles that inspire lifelong wellness. Our unconventional training approach challenges and engages youth to counteract sedentary behavior while providing a supportive environment. With access to basketball courts, weight rooms, turf fields, and FST rooms, we deliver sports-specific athletic training that’s tailored to meet every young athlete’s needs.

Through performance training, recovery processes, educational resources, and mentorship, we're dedicated to empowering you on your journey towards personal excellence.

FST

FST, AKA Fascial Stretch Therapy, is a unique therapy that focuses on lengthening fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, improving flexibility and mobility while reducing pain.

Massage

At YPL, We offer massage therapy aimed specifically at enhancing athletic performance and recovery. By focusing on the unique needs of each athlete, we strive to alleviate pain and tension, allowing you to perform at your best.

Life Stretch

Our Life Stretch classes offer participants a unique opportunity to enhance flexibility, improve joint health, and discover a deeper mind-body connection. Designed for athletes and individuals alike, these classes focus on gentle stretching and mobility exercises that cater to all skill levels.
