FAQs
Is this only for athletes?
No. Both athletes and non-athletes benefit. Kids who don’t enjoy traditional sports often love resistance training because it’s individualized, confidence-building, and measurable.
At what age can my child start strength training?
Most kids are ready around 7–8 years old, as long as they can follow directions. If they play sports, they are already doing movements that resemble training — we just teach them to do it safely and correctly.
Will lifting weights stunt my child’s growth?
No. Strength training actually helps increase bone density, improve long-term bone health, and reduce the risk of injury.
Can my child train during their sport season?
Absolutely. In-season training is essential for injury prevention and maintaining strength. We adjust intensity so your athlete stays fresh and performs at a high level.
What benefits will my child get from this program?
Strength training improves:
Bone health
Muscle strength
Speed and power
Coordination
Injury resilience
Confidence and self-esteem
Overall sports performance
Do you offer boys-only and girls-only classes?
Yes!
Will my child get “big and bulky”?
Not possible. Kids do not have the hormonal profile to build large muscle mass. Strength gains come from better coordination and neuromuscular development, not size.
